All of the development of estate acreage lots in Calterra Country Estates
and Mountain Lynn Estates is now completed, with all of the infrastructure and
underground utilities in place and all of our roads fully completed and paved.
Our acreage lots are fully completed and available for construction of custom
dream homes for our clients. These will be the only available 4-acre lots in
our area, and we do not anticipate any other lots of this size available in the future.
Most of the lots in Calterra Country Estates and in the adjacent Mountain Lynn Estates developments
have the benefits of prime location, excellent views, and rare availability of estate lots
in much-desired close proximity to North Calgary and CrossIron Mills at Balzac.
As we don't anticipate having any additional lots available in either Calterra
or Mountain Lynn developments in the near future, clients are encouraged to contact us
to secure one of the few remaining lots while the limited supply is still available.
