Most of the phases in Calterra Country Estates (Phase 1a, Phase 1b, Phase 2
and Phase 4), as well as Mountain Lynn Estates (Phase 5) are now fully completed
with estate acreage lots, with most of the lots either having a completed estate home,
currently undergoing home construction, or completing client possessions and home
designs for 2008 construction season. Final paving of the remaining
roadway segments is expected to be completed in the summer of 2008.
As we don't anticipate having any additional lots available in either Calterra
or Mountain Lynn developments in the near future, clients are encouraged to contact us
to secure one of the few remaining lots while the limited supply is still available.
Most of the lots in Calterra Country Estates phases as well as in the adjacent
Mountain Lynn Estates development have the benefits of prime location, excellent views,
and rare availability of estate lots in much-desired close proximity to North Calgary.
